A member of the Association for Project Management (UK) a. commensurate qualification from the International Project Management Association (Netherlands). He possess over ten years’ experience in project management
Over the years he has developed his project management competence working with organisations such as the First Bank Nigeria, Pic. Intercontinental Bank Pic. as well as the Aberdeenshire Council in Scotland. His professional interests cover; Portfolio Management, Program Management, Strategy Formulation and Implementation, Performance Planning and Decision Making, Project Risk Management, Client/Vendor Relations, Project Planning and Control, QuaEty Management and Assurance, Change Management, Risk Management, Time Management, Business Case Development, Procurement and Contracts Management.
He is equipped to work on a variety of projects across a. number of industries having worked on a diverse range of projects ranging for Energy/ Oil and gas, Financial Services, ICT, Real Estate, Non-Governmental Organisations, Pharmaceuticals and the Public Sector.
Presently he serves as the Director, Strategy and Project Management at Prime Consults Investment Ltd., a. strategic project management consulting firm which provides advisory services in the areas of portfolio, program and project management among other services.
- Development of a business case and project implementation document (PID) as well as a sales plan for Talisman Energy for her proposed) LNG project in Papua New Guinea, covering 6 petroleum development licences (PDLs) and an additional LNG train at the PNG-LNG facility.
- Project consultancy for the Aberdeenshire Council, Scotiand on its 2020 Carbon Reduction Strategy Project, which involved the review of existing Scottish, UK and European Council Laws on environment and carbon reduction as well as identifying new technologies and best practices from Newcastie (UK), the USA and Scandinavia.
